upside in
not much going on lately. actually i'm pretty bored. i got a few cds from the library again. scored DJ Shadow, Interpol (which sounds very new york ie;doves and maybe a little strokes), Deftones, Robbie Robertson, and something else i can't remember. I picked up a book thats a compilation of the writings and speeches of Martin Luther King Jr. it's super thick and only cost 10$, very cool.

what's up with summer in s'toon? I used to be jealous of you guys every summer as I tried to keep from going insane on my island in the north. I always imagined that you had a blast during the summer -- football every evening or frisbee; bbq and fires; etc -- but this is so boring! Where's all the fun times?

listen to the song called back to school(it is probably called mini maggot or pink maggot). change(in the house of flies) is good as well.

Fun times?! It's because, for some reason, the city of Saskatoon squishes all the fun events into the span of about a month and a 1/2. I still think Saskatoon is gorgeous and tons of fun. BUT, having been gone for a few summers, you might not know what all of your options are. Maybe I'll post a sightseeing blog for today on my site....
