Apple has issued a recall on select batteries that were in 12" iBook G4, 12" Powerbook G4 and 15" Powerbook G4 model laptops. To find out if your battery is affected and for instructions on how to get a replacement battery, please visit this website.There was also a previous battery recall on select MacBook Pro models - more info available here.
