Birthday Roundup

  • 2 Snappy-casual shirts from Sue.

  • Soul Calibur II for the cube from Chris and Rin

  • Radiohead's Hail to the Thief from Jan.

  • Another shirt from ma and pa.

  • Warcraft III Battle Chest from ma and pa.

  • Toothbrush from Rob K at work (is that a hint?).

  • Get Up Off Your Knees: Preaching the U2 Catalog from Sue.

  • A book from Sue's mom called Blink.

  • And enough extra cash from my parents to buy a iTrip for my iPod.
  • I've got the week off as we hang out with Sue's family and prepare for her sister's wedding next weekend. I've got a lot of other stuff I'm helping out with (a couple of videos for next Sunday, a website that was supposed to be done a month ago and something else I'm forgetting) plus we move out of our place into Sue's parent's place next weekend to allow for Jan's fiance's fam to use our place. All in all it should be a fun week - but it'll be a crazy one as well.

i have an iTrip and the powerpod for my iPod that I really like but I would possibly sell to you. (I'm trying to get rid of possessions as much as i possibly can) - let me know if you're interested... :)

    matthew:

i don't know if i meant that - i think that i'd take it back actually... I'd be sad if i didn't have my itrip...

Keep your iTrip - I've got one already (now). :)

But does yours have a bit of static when no music is playing? I haven't tried it in the car but on our home stereo it seems like there's a bit of fuzz there - and this is the 2nd one I've used at home.

i am glad jan had the sense to get you hail to the thief. if you only owned one radiohead album that would be the one to have.

Actually I've got two now - Hail to the Thief and OK Computer. I have a copy of Amnesiac (and enjoy it) on my iPod but I don't actually own the CD which means to me it doesn't actually count.

    matthew:

amnesiac is a radiohead one that I am selling (or giving if you want to pay for shipping) I'll take out the jewel case and it'll be about $1 - let me know if you want it (by email cause I don't check your old comments too often)

    K:

So did you do the one for the FGCC Mom's thing at the Hague museum?

Nope - don't know what yer talkin a-boot.
