blech
i'm sick...... i hate being sick. ooh and a big kick in the backside for whomever can tell me what the title of my previous entry means.
oh and a new study in Iraq says that the total number of Iraqi's that have died since the beginning of the war, that most likely wouldn't have died otherwise, is 100,000.

la haine
i'm getting sick of the whole american election thing. both guys are idiots who will be voted on, for the most part, by idiots. the issues aren't the real issues, and the truth doesn't even factor in. screw it, let them choose the idiot or the imbecile. either way the rest of the world will be left to clean up their messes and to mend the wounds they cause. if they choose to live in fear, let them. fear will eat at them until they eat themselves.

kirk is getting pushy
kirks not getting pushy, he just wanted the see the death statistics again.
number of civilian deaths in afghanisan during that war: over 3000
number of civilian deaths in iraq during that war: over 12,000
number of civilians killed on september 11th: 2,973
um, now is it just me or is it really hard to figure out who the terrorist state really is?
i saw an interview last night with a bunch of americans in some small town. nearly the whole town was republican. they talked to this one kid, looked to be around 20, who said he supported the war in iraq because otherwise the United States would be taken over by terrorists. um, ok ......??? another guy said the "wars" must be working because nobody had attacked the States since 9/11. well it was first attacked in 1993 (a brilliant attempt to make one tower topple into the other) which failed. now they were attacked 2001, thats 8 years apart. so really you won't know if it worked for another 5 years. in the mean time the United States has killed over 15,000 civilian men, women, and children.

oops
so i got cocky and thought i knew that Sarah Slean was going to be in europe for the fall. now i found out (not by reading anyones blogs, but by someone telling me about someones blog........ take that) she's coming in two weeks. this is, of course, very cool. here is the not very cool part. the concert is on a monday (which means i have to skip c&c........ shoot), i work the next day (which means tuesday morning is going to suck), and finally, due to the fact that she is coming to open for Ron Sexsmith (whom i wouldn't mind seeing), the damn tickets are 22$ and it's rush seating at the broadway. all together not the best situation, but meh.
as an underscore..... i made a PRIMUS mix cd. i made it to give to someone and then forgot who. now i have a PRIMUS mix cd i don't need. sooo...... any takers??

in honor of the Primus
in honor of the Primus "Hallucino-Genetics" DVD In Stores Nov 16th and the new page name.....
"I remember as it were a meal ago"
Said Tommy the Cat as he reeled back to clear whatever foreign matter may have nestled its way into his mighty throat.
Many a fat alley rat had met its demise while staring point blank down the cavernous barrel of this awesome prowling machine.
Truly a wonder of nature this urban predator.
Tommy the cat had many a story to tell,
But it was a rare occasion such as this that he did.
"She came slidin' down the alleyway like butter drippin' off a hot biscuit.
The aroma, the mean scent, was enough to arouse suspicion in even the oldest of Tigers that hung around the hot spot in those days.
The sight was beyond belief.
Many a head snapped for double - even triple - takes as this vivacious feline made her her way into the delta of the alleyway where the most virile of the young tabbys were known to hang out.
They hung in droves. Such a multitude of masculinity could only be found in one place...
And that was O'malley's Alley.
The air was thick with cat calls (no pun intended),
But not even a muscle in her neck did twitch as she sauntered up into the heart of the alley.
She knew what she wanted.
She was lookin' for that stud bull, the he cat.
And that was me.
Tommy the Cat is my name and I say unto thee...
"Say baby do you wanna lay down by me"
